Featured Speaker: Molly Hendry - Roots & Ramblings Landscape Design

After graduating from Auburn University with degrees in horticulture and landscape architecture, Molly spent ten months in the U.K. working in some of the world’s most renowned gardens. In 2017, she returned to Alabama as Assessment Project Leader and Associate Director of Gardens Support at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, applying her training to future development efforts. In 2023, she founded her design firm, Roots & Ramblings. Molly now collaborates with the Conservancy horticulture team to apply her design expertise and knowledge of Southeastern plants to meet the unique challenges of Colonial Lake.
